All transactions are subject to our platform rules and applicable laws.

5. Payments & Cre8Pay

All payments on Cre8Hive are processed through Cre8Pay.

Cre8Hive provides escrow protection but is not responsible for the outcome of creative services, business deals, or investments between users.

Users are responsible for understanding risks associated with financial transactions.

6. Content & Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post illegal, harmful, misleading, or offensive content

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

  • Engage in fraud, abuse, harassment, or deception

  • Circumvent payment systems or platform protections

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts for violations.
